BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT WORKS ART FAIR

As a volunteer you will have a chance to learn more about this exciting part of the art world and meet artists and galleries from all over Denmark and Europe. Practical information about specific tasks and responsibilities will be provided at an information meeting held before the fair. We will try and assign the shifts in pairs if possible, so you will either have the opportunity to meet new people, or to volunteer together with a friend.

We need help the following days:
Thursday 7/9 - from 12.00 - 18.00.
Friday 8/9 - from 09-30 - 19.30.
Saturday 9/9 - from 09.30 - 18.30.
Sunday 10/9 - from 09.30 - 17.30.

EXAMPLES OF TASKS:

  • Greet visitors and artists/galleries, answer questions about the fair and program.

  • Stand at the entrance and sell/check tickets.

  • Serving wine and water at the bar.

  • Practical tasks around the fair.

  • Help artists and galleries with questions and pratical help.

  • Etc...

All volunteers receive one meal per shift. Also a free t-shirt and key-hanger.
You are also welcome to attend our networking dinner for exhibitors at the Hotel Scandic Aarhus, Saturday evening.
