RAMI SAFADI

Rami Safadi was born and raised in Lebanon. In 2001 he came to Denmark and in 2011 he opened his studio in Frederikshavn. Art has always been Rami Safadi's greatest passion.
His big dream was to be admitted to the art academy and become a painter, but the money was small and life took a different turn. In 2004 Rami met his wife Charlotte and with her support he opened his studio and got his training as a chef. The chef training has enriched Rami with creativity and he learned to use his senses in everything he does.
Although the world of cooking was both fascinating and exciting, it was the art that drove him the most. Creating a story that others can be moved by is what continues to drive Rami to experiment and chase new methods and ideas.
