MALENE KROGH

Malene Krogh paints abstractly and her artistic form of expression stems from a mixture of energy, emotions and visual impressions she experiences in her everyday life.

She paints in the present, which means that her thoughts, feelings and presence are right now. She has no plans or strategies, but goes with what arises. It is her mental space, my therapy, and the way she replenishes herself so that there is balance in her life.

The painters love to let the viewer discover the small details, layers and expressions in the works of art and let them feel the mood, emotions and thoughts the painting creates. However, her works always have a name which originates from the mood(s) in which they were created.

Malene Krogh loves to experiment with past, colors and textures. And she likes to mix different art techniques with each other. The best thing she knows is to let intuition lead and go with what arises. The creation of her works is thus about letting go of control and TRUST THE PROCESS.
