Louise Elkjær works with acrylic, charcoal, pencil, chalk and ink on canvas, paper and wood. The paintings often seem abstract, but with recognizable and figurative elements that together have a desire to welcome a journey of exploration into a world shaped by thought, fountain technique and brushstrokes.

Louise's works therefore often include aerial-like elements and often in combination with elements from a normal perspective ... in this way she tries to capture multiple perspectives as well as her human view in one and the same painting.
