ELSEBETH ALTSCHULER

Elsebeth Altschuler is a self-taught visual artist with a past as a textile designer, educated at the Hellerup Textil Academy. She has worked all her adult life with form and color in many different materials.
Her hallmark is mostly strong colors and recognizable figures in an abstract universe. Currently she works mostly in acrylic and mixed media. Her pictures are not being carefully planned. They grow during the painting process and colors and shapes come into play. A process that takes a long time.
